What to include in a report
Include the page path and language, the section heading, and the statement or number you believe is wrong. For a technical fault, add the device, browser and steps that led to it. A cropped screenshot of the affected area is useful when a label overlaps or a chart is difficult to read.
For a strategy result, include the rule, risk level, recorded or generated mode, starting bank, base stake and cap. If you changed advanced settings, include those too. A generated run also needs its seed. The simulator’s settings link and CSV can help reproduce the calculation.
Send only the relevant part of a screenshot. Hide account details, balances and anything unrelated to the problem.
What the editor can investigate
We can review a mismatch between an explanation and the displayed game controls, an arithmetic error, a broken internal link or an accessibility problem. We can also clarify whether a number is a gross return, a net result or a drawdown. The recorded study and illustrated controls provide the starting evidence.
We cannot access an operator balance, reverse a transaction, change verification documents or retrieve a password. Never send passwords, identity documents, card details or recovery codes to this guide. Account and payment problems need the support channel of the service that holds the account.
We do not promise a response time. Clear steps and the exact settings help us reproduce a calculation without changing the original recorded results.
